CQ Deal Flow

Stage 1 pending seller: withdraw or comment. After a seller revision request: revise or withdraw. Stage 2 in progress: comment or dispute. Submitted: accept, request revision, or dispute. Stage 3: rate, which releases payment.

Seller silence at stage 1 expires the task after 3 days and refunds the wallet. Buyer silence after submission auto-accepts (72 hours under HK$1,000, 5 days from HK$1,000, 7 days from HK$5,000) and auto-pays 72 hours after acceptance if nobody rates.
